Mr. Farris founded CE in 2007 and serves as the company's Managing Partner. Previously, Mr. Farris served as Secretary of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Finance & Administration Cabinet under Gov. Ernie Fletcher.

Mr. Alford joined Commonwealth Economics in 2019 and serves as a Junior Partner. He guides public- and private-sector clients through the financial and operational compliance requirements of tax incentive and economic development programs, helping them maximize the value of available incentives.

Mr. Bolton joined CE in 2009 and is a Partner in the company. He has extensive expertise in state and local tax incentive programs and has successfully guided numerous public and private clients through the application processes. Mr. Bolton also specializes in multiple forms of economic, feasibility, and fiscal impact analyses and financial forecasting and modeling.

Mr. Stewart joined CE in 2023 and serves as an Associate. Prior to joining CE, Mr. Stewart started, ran and sold an agricultural startup
