Mr. Farris founded CE in 2007 and serves as the company's Managing Partner. Previously, Mr. Farris served as Secretary of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Finance & Administration Cabinet under Gov. Ernie Fletcher.

Mr. Alford joined CE in 2019 and is Junior Partner. He serves as public & private clients' guide and resource throughout financial and operational compliance requirements of various tax incentive and economic development programs - the crux of maximizing realized incentive dollars.

Mr. Antle joined CE in 2013 and is a Partner in the company. He serves as CE's lead quantitative analyst and Director of the firm's incentive compliance activities. Prior to joining CE, Mr. Antle served as the Deputy Executive Director of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Office of Financial Management.

Mr. Stewart joined CE in 2023 and serves as an Associate. Prior to joining CE, Mr. Stewart started, ran and sold an agricultural startup

Mr. Bolton joined CE in 2009 and is a Partner in the company. He has extensive expertise in state and local tax incentive programs and has successfully guided numerous public and private clients through the application processes. Mr. Bolton also specializes in multiple forms of economic, feasibility, and fiscal impact analyses and financial forecasting and modeling.
